Welcome to ecobotts baby products ltd. ecobotts provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS). In these TOS 'you' means the individual using the website and 'ecobotts' means ecobotts baby products ltd.
These TOS may be updated by ecobotts from time to time without notice to you. You should review the TOS periodically.
2. description of service
ecobotts is an online retailer of eco-friendly diapers and natural baby products. As part of the website ecobotts provides users with access to shopping services, product reviews, e-newsletters and a photo gallery (the 'Services'). You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. ecobotts does not warrant that the materials will be error free, nor free of viruses, defamatory, offensive, or other harmful matter. You assume the entire cost of any necessary service, repair, or correction. Any reference to a linked site or third party by name does not constitute or imply its endorsement by us, and you assume all risk with respect to its use.
3. your registration obligations
In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the 'my account' registration form (such information being the 'Registration Data') and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ecobotts has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ecobotts has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

You agree that Registration Data and certain other information about you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more information, please see our full privacy policy.
5. member account, password and security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Services' registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ecobotts of any unauthorised use of your password or account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. ecobotts cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with Section 5.
6. member conduct
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You shall not copy, modify, distribute or in anyway exploit copyrighted or proprietary materials available in this site, except as expressly permitted by the respective owner(s). All trademarks, service marks, and trade names in this site are the marks of the respective owner(s), and any unauthorised use is prohibited.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ecobotts harmless from any claims, losses, damages and expenses arising from your use of the site. Should you have to leave your computer when part way through a transaction we recommend that you click 'logoff', top-right of the website. This will prevent anyone else accessing your personal account. The contents of your shopping cart will be saved for you so that you can resume the transaction at a convenient point without having to go back into the store and re-select products.
7. public content posted to ecobotts
You acknowledge that any personal data or information (or any other Content) posted to publicly accessible areas may remain publicly accessible indefinitely. With respect to Content you elect to post for inclusion in publicly accessible areas of ecobotts you grant ecobotts a world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish such Content on the Services solely for the purpose of displaying and promoting the specific ecobotts service and or product to which such Content was submitted, or, in the case of photos or graphics, solely for the purpose for which such photo or graphic was submitted to the Services. This licence exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Services and shall be terminated at the time you delete such Content from the Services.
8. indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ecobotts and its employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit or post through the Services, your use of the Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
The purpose of this information is to help you verify that the ecobotts website uses the latest security techniques to process your transactions.
We take the following precautions to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us:
- The ecobotts website uses an industry-leading SSL Certificate to enable the highest level of data encryption. Our certificate is fully validated, supports up to 256-bit encryption and has 99% browser recognition.
- The ecobotts website does not record or store customer card payment details. This is to ensure that your credit card number remains secure.
- All secure payment transactions on the ecobotts website are managed by our payment provider Beanstream - Canada's leading provider of credit card processing solutions, based in Victoria, British Columbia. Beanstream is a wholly owned subsidiary of LML Payment Systems Corp, a Canadian company that is traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol LMLP. For more information see www.beanstream.com.
We recommend that you click 'logoff', top-right of the website, when you have finished your visit. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account, especially if you are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet café. This website does not store credit card/payment details and therefore there is no risk that these details would be accessed from your personal account.

At ecobotts we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases. Any queries you have should be sent to customercare@ecobotts.ca and will be dealt with during our standard office hours of Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm (PST). We will endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
If you are not happy with your order, for whatever reason, please contact us and let us know. Before returning an item it is important that you contact us to get a returns code. See Reporting a Problem below.
Please note:
- If you do not contact us first to get a returns code, your package may not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to you.
- For safety reasons, personal skin care products cannot be returned and we cannot accept returns of opened diaper packs.
- We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse. We are not liable to refund and/or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
- Shipping costs on returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered to the customer damaged or faulty. Goods cannot be refunded unless in their original saleable condition.
- Credit card refunds will be processed once your package has been received. You will be notified by email once your return has been received. Your refund will be processed within five to ten business days from receipt of the returned package. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post transactions to your account.

When you report a problem you will receive a returns code.
Please note, shipping costs on returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or faulty.
Shipping discrepancies
If ecobotts has made a mistake in filling/shipping your order we will correct the problem immediately - Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us of any discrepancies WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS from delivery.
Please email customercare@ecobotts.ca to report the problem and to receive your returns code.
Please note, if you do not contact us first to get a returns code, your package may not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to you.
Faulty or damaged goods
If you believe you have damaged goods, please contact us WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS from delivery by emailing customercare@ecobotts.ca. The goods should then be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt and should be adequately insured during the return journey. Please obtain proof of postage.
Incorrect diaper sizing
To avoid costly returns, please consult the sizing tables on each product page, or email us for advice before placing an order. Opened packs of diapers cannot be accepted for return.
Unwanted products
Can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In the first instance please contact us by emailing customercare@ecobotts.ca.
Products must be new, unused and undamaged and be returned in their original packaging, in good re-sellable condition. Goods cannot be refunded unless in their original saleable condition.
ecobotts does not cover the cost of return shipping unless an item is faulty or damaged; return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Goods should be adequately insured during the return journey as it is the customer's liability if the item does not reach us or is damaged in transit.
Making a return - a checklist
- Please contact us by emailing customercare@ecobotts.ca to obtain a returns code.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip (which is enclosed with your order), onto which you should write your returns code. The returns address is on the packing slip and is given below.
Ecobotts Baby Products Ltd, Receiving Department, C/O Integrated Fulfillment, No 6, 7107 Venture Street Delta, BC, Canada V4G 1H7. - Goods should be adequately insured during the return journey as it is the customer's liability if the item does not reach us. Please obtain a proof of postage.
- Once we have received the goods we will contact you to arrange a refund which must go on the credit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the adjustment on to the card.
- The customer will bear the usual shipping costs of any replacement items.
Returning Faulty Goods - a checklist
- If you believe you have faulty goods contact us first by emailing customercare@ecobotts.ca
- The goods must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt and should be adequately insured during the return journey. Please obtain proof of postage as it is the customer's liability if the item does not reach us.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip (which is enclosed with your order), onto which you should write your returns code.
- Please include a note stating why you believe the goods are faulty.
- Please send faulty goods to our warehouse:
Ecobotts Baby Products Ltd, Receiving Department, C/O Integrated Fulfillment, No 6, 7107 Venture Street, Delta, BC, Canada V4G 1H7. - If you are sending diapers/trainer pants please just send a few rather than a whole pack, plus the packaging, but do contact us to discuss first.
- Once we have received the goods, and deemed them to be faulty (this may involve the product being sent to the manufacturer which can take up to 30 days for the product to be tested) we can then refund the value of the items (or send replacement items) and the cost of postage. This refund must be put on the card used for the original order.
cancelations
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund (subject to conditions listed below) by informing us by emailing customercare@ecobotts.ca within 5 working days of placing the order.
- Where goods have not yet been shipped a full refund (including delivery charges) will be made to the Buyer.
- Where goods have already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and all return conditions apply - click here for further details.
third party hyper-link policy
External hyperlink approval should be emailed to marketing@ecobotts.ca for assessment. All links will open up into a separate window. This is to prevent any inference that ecobotts approves or has any business or ownership rights relating to the third party site.
free text links
Free text links will be given to organisations that are mentioned in website copy. If a third party has supplied original free content a link will automatically be given to the provider/owner of the content, once the content has been editorially approved.
logo links
On some occasions a logo hyperlink will be accepted, again this will need to be approved by ecobotts. If the logo is used on the site, written permission must be sought from the third party. This will protect ecobotts in terms of breach of copyright preventing any ambiguity between both parties.

use of cookies
We use cookies on the ecobotts website. To identify returning visitors, for example within the site login. This enables us to save the contents of your shopping cart for you so that you do not have to re-populate it. We do not use this information in any way except to identify returning visitors on our website.

Vouchers may be made available to you by us or by selected affiliate websites. They entitle you to a saving off your shopping ("the Voucher"). Each Voucher will explain the saving and how it works. They are activated by entering codes into the checkout section of the ecobotts website towards the end of your shop.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with each other (unless otherwise indicated) but can be combined with general product promotional offers appearing to all customers on the ecobotts website.
- The Vouchers cannot be applied to past orders made with ecobotts and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash.
- Each Voucher code may be used only once per household/ delivery address (regardless of the number of customers living at that address) unless agreed otherwise with ecobotts.
- ecobotts reserves the right to withdraw or terminate any of its Vouchers at any time. If this happens, then the Vouchers may not be used for any orders placed after the date of withdrawal or termination.
- ecobotts reserves the right to reject the use of a Voucher where fraud is suspected.
- ecobotts may from time to time run different customer offers or Vouchers, with different terms (including amounts, types and expiry dates). ecobotts reserves the right to limit the applicability of any particular offer to specific regions or delivery areas. Different offers and Vouchers may be run simultaneously.
