At ecobotts we know that having a young family can be a pretty frantic time. Let us take care of one item on your 'to do' list - sign up to our 'Remind Me' service and we will give you a gentle nudge if we think you might be on the verge of running out of diapers - not an ideal situation!

setup

When you first place an order and create a Personal Account, we will ask if you are happy for us to send you reminders. These can either be phone or email, whichever you prefer.

frequency

How often do we remind you? If you've ordered a box of diapers, this usually lasts around a month so if you haven't re-ordered within the month we'll send a personal email or make a quick phone call. Two boxes = two months, etc.

your choice

If at any point you decide you'd rather not be contacted, just email marketing@ecobotts.ca and we will 'switch off' the service - no problem!
