tips for first-time ordering

If you are ordering from us for the first time, hello! Welcome to ecobotts. Here are a few pointers to help you along the way...

get the right fit

Diapers that are a bit on the small size for your baby are often guilty of creating leaks - so you want to get this bit right from the off! So, please do check out our sizing guide before placing your order.

place an order

It couldn't be simpler, you can order online anytime of the day (or night!) by visiting www.ecobotts.ca and we deliver to your door, usually within 3 working days.

To add an item to your shopping cart, simply select the size required from the drop-down next to each item, and press the 'add to cart' button.

To alter the quantities of items in your shopping cart, click 'checkout' (at very top of web page). You will be taken to the cart contents page, type in the quantity you require next to the item. Then click 'update' to save the change.

save time

When you create your first order, you will also be creating a personal account. This saves you having to re-enter details, such as the delivery address, each time you place an order. It also means that, should you be interrupted during a shopping session, the items you have added to your cart will be saved so that you can easily pick-up your order without having to go back through the process of picking out items again.

check your details

Please double check to make sure the details you enter have been typed correctly (tricky sometimes if your little one is 'helping'). It is important that your phone number and email address details are entered correctly so that we can contact you should there be any problems with your order.

delivery to your door

If you are placing a first order with us, this must be delivered to your Billing Address (this is to deter fraudulent orders) you can then choose for future orders to go wherever is most convenient for you. For example, it might make more sense to get it delivered to a work address (either your own or that of a partner) if you are worried about being out when the order is delivered. your privacy

Don't worry, we NEVER give your details to a third party (except of course the postal service or they wouldn't know where to take your order!) Read our full Privacy Policy here.

order confirmation

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order has been successfully placed. We then process the order in the office the same day.

Once the order has been processed it will be despatched within 24 hours and we will send you email confirmation of this.

receipt of delivery

When you receive your order, please check it through within 5 working days in case of any errors (highly unlikely, but we're all human!) Take a look at our returns policy too.
