At ecobotts, we take pride in delivering a fast, friendly service.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed before 8.00 am (PST) are usually shipped the same working day*.

ecobotts is a Canadian company offering delivery througout Canada. We do not currently ship internationally.

standard shipping lead times

ecobotts use Canada Post, which aims to achieve the following delivery standards:

• Vancouver - 1 business day.
• Toronto - 1 business day.
• British Columbia + Ontario - 2-3 business days.
• Canada - 3-7 business days.

Please note the above are standards between the 21 major cities in Canada, these timescales increase as the areas delivered to become more remote. This increase in the delivery time can range from 1 to 3 days.

Track the status of your order, at any time, by going to the 'my account' area (top right) and click the link under 'my orders'.

Local pick-up and express shipping - If you require a faster service, please contact us at customercare@ecobotts.ca. We are  an online retailer and do not have a physical store, however, if you are based in Vancouver/Toronto and are interested in local pick-up, please contact customer care using the email address above.

ecobotts have teamed up with Canada Post to offer the most competitive shipping charges available.

Shipping costs to your area, can be checked by clicking on 'my cart' (top-right of your screen). Click 'checkout'. The shipping rate displays under Shipping Method/Canada Post. To cancel the checkout process, and continue shopping, simply click on 'Our Products' in the navigation bar or use the 'back' button of your browser.
